Capital has become increasingly oversubscribed as results improve. Our students are a fantastic group of young people who deserve the very best.
Staff at Capital are well supported. The Academy offers the opportunity for continuing professional development with CPD sessions taking place every week, regular line management meetings and staff appraisals. There is also an excellent induction programme for NQTs to support them in their first year of teaching.
