Launch of our new C6 Magazine

We decided the first edition of the C6 magazine would be a Valentines edition in keeping with the fact that it was coming up. All the sections we had planned to be in the magazine were allocated to specific people within our group. This was done so that we could each focus on getting one section completed effectively. However, we were not completely disengaged to the other sections we were not working on. We were very vocal about our opinions regarding all sections and made sure everyone’s ideas were accounted for as one of our aims was to make this a very collaborative magazine.

The sections included: ‘Worth Your Watch’ – where we gave reviews/ratings of popular TV shows and movies, ‘Unusual Delicacies’ – a game where you guess the origin of cultural dishes from around the world, a teacher's edition of ‘2 Truths and 1 Lie’ and the very popular ‘Crush Confessions’ – an opportunity to confess your undying love to your crush! This is why we called it the 'Valentines Edition'. To our surprise the engagement from students was amazing and we could not have asked for a better reaction! We look forward to designing and launching the widely anticipated second edition.
