Drop Everything And Read (DEAR)

On the morning of Friday 17th May, all students in Years 7-10 brought reading books in for Drop Everything and Read (DEAR). Proficiency in reading is vital for academic progress in all subjects, and all Capital City Academy students read for half an hour every evening as well as enjoying a range of activities designed to promote reading for pleasure.
