SEND Trip to Wembley Stadium Learning Centre

The SEND department took 12 Year 10 & 11 students to Wembley Stadium Learning Centre for an event hosted by BOAT Brent called 'Horizons'. Students were able to engage with various professionals receiving advice on career options, further education, interview skills, personal statements and post-16 options.

The students found the event useful for lots of different reasons -

"I found the Horizons event helpful and was able to find out more information on motor engineering and mechanics".

"The information about interviews and writing a personal statement was useful".

"I was able to find out the different routes available to me once I have finished my GCSEs".

"It was a good, fun trip and very informative".
