On Tuesday 17th June Capital City Academy hosted its first ‘Higher Education Conference’. Year 12 Students heard from a number of visiting speakers including Brunel University and Peter Boursnell, the Brent Co-ordinator for Aim Higher. The day included sessions on writing a successful personal statement and applying for student finance. We were also extremely privileged to host Andy Gardner, a true expert in the field of Higher Education, who advised students on how to research the best universities and courses for them..........
