Year 9 SATs - added 12/05/2008

The Year 9s have completed their SATs exams, and in some style. All the hard work by the teachers, students, and parents clearly paid off when 195 confident young men and women entered the sportshall on May 6th. The behaviour throughout all of the exams was exceptional, and when we had an unannounced inspection on the Thursday, the students maintained the high standards that they had achieved up to that point.

The inspector commented on the excellent behaviour of the students and also said that they had obviously been well prepared and supported well. Everybody, from students to parents to teachers and admin staff, should be proud of this outstanding outcome, and we confidently look forward to the results coming out in the summer.
