Dear Parents/Carers,

We are now in the process of arranging this year's Art & Design tour to Paris and have made provisional arrangements as follows:

1^st - 4^th July (4 days, 3 nights), staying full board at 2/3 star accommodation in Paris. We will be travelling by Eurostar from London Kings Cross St Pancras to Paris Gare Du Nord.

01/07/10                 departs London 08:02            arrives Paris:11:17

04/07/10                 departs Paris 20:43               arrives London 21:59

We are asking for a ‘voluntary contribution' of £299 per student (without this ‘voluntary contribution' it is not possible to run the trip). This includes travel insurance, admission and travel to the following venues: MAC/VAL Gallery; Eiffel Tower; Musée d'Orsay; La Louvre; Notre Dame; Disney Studios; Pompidou Centre; Montmartre & Sacre Coeur.
