At Capital 6, our students’ achievement comes first. This belief lies at the heart of everything we do. We are proud of our students’ excellent outcomes in both A levels and applied general courses: a growing number go on to attend prestigious universities including the ‘Russell Group’. We are consistently placed in the top 10% of providers nationally for our applied general courses such as BTEC Extended Diploma: offered in a range of exciting subject areas. We have a curriculum that supports the highest level of academic progress but also finds space to encourage sporting excellence, artistic creativity and aspiration to sought after professions.
At Capital 6 we combine a caring and friendly approach within a studious, well-ordered and disciplined environment. We recognise that in order to succeed, students need to feel happy and supported.Students are valued and known as individuals and given the opportunity to be role models for the rest of the school community, our Capital Community. Parents and carers play a vital role at the Academy and this partnership continues at Capital 6.. We welcome and expect active involvement from parents and carers in the education of the students not only through parent meetings, academic review days and information evenings but also through a range of extra-curricular activities for both students and the community.
Capital 6 has gone from strength to strength with increasing numbers, improving results and an impressive alumni network. A broad choice of courses are available at the Academy and through SBC6 - the South Brent Sixth Form Consortium. We are confident that when you visit Capital 6, talk to our students, hear first-hand about the opportunities and successes of our school and see the wonderful facilities - you will want to join us.
