2022 GCSE Results

“We are very proud of our Year 11 cohort who have achieved our best ever GCSE results! Against a national picture of a drop in results from 2021, all Capital outcomes have increased and our students have worked so hard and have shown amazing resilience & determination sitting their first set of external exams amidst many challenging individual circumstances. They have been fantastic role models for the younger students and we are very proud to be celebrating with them such superb results. It is wonderful to see them receive the results they deserve today and we are delighted that so many of them are enrolled into Capital 6.

We thank all our Capital staff, students and parents and join them in celebrating today. There were many fantastic individual performances each with an impressive number of top grades but to share a few: Diogo achieved ten grade 9s and one grade 8 and is planning to study Maths, Economics, Chemistry & German at Capital 6; Ilias achieved six grade 9s, four 8s and a 6 and is planning to study Maths, Physics, Chemistry at Capital 6; Jahzeal with six grade 9s, three 8s a 7 & a 6 will be studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics & German at Capital 6; Salma with four grade 9s, four 8s and two 7s is planning to study Maths, Biology and Chemistry at A-level; Jiya also achieved four grade 9s, four 8s and two 7s. Sara achieved four 9s, five 8s and D, and Laima achieved four 9s, four 8s and a 7.”
