Basketball and Football Academy Updates

The U17 Basketball Team (London Elite) had a fantastic opportunity to travel to Hungary to play in the EYBL tournament. This is an international competition with teams from Italy, Turkey and Romania. The tournament gives talented young players from across Europe the chance to highlight their skills.
The team won their first game and played well against the other teams. A great achievement considering it was a higher D1 league and some teams were professional.
Antony W & David J both received two player- of-the-game awards and Chris A was recognised for his 23 points in the first game and determined attitude. All players were a credit to the school and team.
The U18 Team remain undefeated in the National league so far this session.
Football Academy
Our partnership with Juventus Academy has started strongly this term. They have progressed to the next round of the Middlesex cup, beating the QPR Education Programme and drawing with the Borehamwood programme. This is a great achievement for a school academy team.
Students are keen to train and all look fantastic in their new kit!
