Bright Ideas Challenge Winners!

During lockdown, three teams of students took part in the Shell Bright Ideas Challenge; a competition for 11-14 year olds designed to spark young people’s curiosity in science and engineering. Everything was done remotely - from a Google meeting to the submission of ideas.

We are delighted to announce that one of our three teams won! We now have a winner at National Level: Zohal M in Year 9 who has won £2,500 for STEM at Capital City Academy. She has been working really hard and was a one-person team. A fantastic achievement: congratulations Zohal!
