Catering Trip
Posted on: 24/01/2020Ms Marini and I took six Year 11 pupils for lunch in Prezzo as a well done for working hard with their Catering Coursework.
Pupils also got to discuss how a restaurant is run, investigate the sensory properties of food and to look at different presentation techniques which are all aspects of the GCSE exam. All pupils left with full tummies!
