English Schools' Athletics Championships

Nia continues to excel in athletics. At the English Schools Championships, she was selected as the flagbearer for Middlesex. She won 100m in 11.91s, taking almost 1 sec off the U15 National record. This was not even a personal best time!

She was also part of the winning U15 girls 4x100m relay team with an amazing time of 46.44sec. This now ranks them as 8th fastest in the UK including the senior women’s team.

Nia has also been given a special recognition award by Brent for all her achievements this year.

Tajiah K also won Gold as part of the U15 boys relay team. He ran the 3rd leg putting Middlesex into the lead. A fantastic achievement to qualify for English Schools as this is his first year in training.
