The Harmonise Music Project Concert
Posted on: 09/07/2019The Harmonise music project ended with a concert on 9 July in the QSB Theatre. The Capital City group from U40 performed pieces they had learned and two pieces they had created themselves, alongside a group of students from Newman Catholic College and with professional musicians. The students were nervous but excited to sing, play and dance in front of an audience - and they did it brilliantly. The concert ended with a performance by Mozambican rapper, Mohammed Yahya, which had the audience and performers on their feet, dancing and singing.
Thanks to Salusbury World and Music Action for this great project.
