Year 12 Peak District Trip

From 15th to 17th May, a group of Year 12 students enjoyed a trip to the Peak District. As part of their course, students studied an outdoor adventurous activities unit with part of the unit including taking part in an outdoor activity. During the trip, the group completed a walk of 18km (11.18miles). They went all the way to the top of a mountain and scrambled the last bit of the journey to enjoy some amazing views. The Peak District was a the perfect opportunity for the students to show off their skills such as leadership, time keeping, communication and teamwork.

We are very proud of the students and they should be very proud of themselves. They showed resilience and bonded so well as a team.
