Global Rock Challenge

Thank you to the Performing Arts team for taking 47 students to compete at the Global Rock Challenge competition in Stevenage.

Special thanks to Rebecca Wine for choreographing the inspirational piece ‘Hope’. This piece received an award of excellence for the concept.

Please congratulate Amir N on his award of excellence for composing the soundtrack. He was also a suitably professional co-host.

We also received excellent feedback for the lighting, which was designed and executed by Zak B.

Performing Arts would like to thank Reanna George, Joana Fonseca and Hannah Heyes for their support, attendance and make-up skills during the trip.

The students were impeccably behaved, focused as well as very nervous. They overcame this and performed confidently making us extremely proud.
