Catering Trip to Beaverbrook HotelPosted on: 22/01/2019
On Tuesday 22nd January, five Catering and Hospitality students were taken to the seven star Beaverbrook hotel, to see first hand the inner workings of a top class hotel. They were given a guided tour of the entire hotel, seeing the kitchen, the bedrooms, the hospitality rooms, the operations centre and the gardens where produce is grown on-site. Our students had sushi for lunch and got to see the kitchen in full operation. An enjoyable and eye-opening day out!
