Plätzchen, eine deutsche Tradition zu Weihnachten

In Germany, Christmas is also a time for baking Plätzchen or Christmas cookies with friends and family. Last week, our Year 12 German students had a baking workshop conducted in German. Using German cookery books we followed the recipes to create some delicious Plätzchen. All the students did a great job of kneading, rolling and baking and learnt some useful vocabulary along the way.
