Year 11 Graduation and Prom

In June, we saw the Year 11s commemorate the end of the year at their graduation and prom. The graduation was a great opportunity to rejoice and reflect on the students time at Capital. The students looked very grown up and very well presented in their graduation gowns. Parents, teachers and well-wishers were extremely proud of all they have accomplished.

The ceremony was well attended by students, parents and members of staff. The key note speakers, Femi Oguns MBE and Ms Ghana UK, Sabina Awuni delivered fantastic speeches touching on what it will take for the students to achieve excellence. The event concluded with students throwing their hats and taking pictures to keep these memories for years to come.

The week ended with the students elegantly dressed to attend their prom; a chance to revel with their peers, some of who may be moving on. It was a great end to the year and it was lovely to see staff and students celebrate together.
